YURI LISIN
Yuri Lisin was born on 12 September 1952 in Ivano-Frankovsk, Ukraine.
He has gone into higher education. In 1975 he graduated from Saratov State University with a degree in geology and exploration of oil and gas deposits.
1975: geologist, acting chief and chief of geological party in Orenburg geophysical surveying company.
1985: chief of Inta production geological association under "Pechora Geophizika” geophysical surveying company.
1991: director of Kameya Company under JSC "Respublika”.
1992: deputy director, executive director and president of “Komivneshservis” limited partnership.
1996: manager/assistant director general in JV “Parmaheft”.
1999: manager in “JV Parmaneft” LLC.
2000: deputy director, director of OJSC "Severnaya Neft" Syktyvkar affiliation and director general of OJSC "Severnaya Neft".
2006: director of Regional Affairs Department of “RN – Severnaya Neft” LLC.
2009: Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Komi.
2010: Senior Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Komi.
On 2 February 2011, Yuri Lisin was appointed as Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Komi by the decree of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
Yuri Lisin is a Honorary Worker of the Republic of Komi.
