NELLI STRUTINSKAYA
Nelli Strutinskaya was born in Odessa Region, Ukrainian SSR.
She has gone into higher education. In 1978 Nelli Strutinskaya graduated from Syktyvkar State University with a degree in philology and teaching of the Russian Language and Literature.

On 15 March in 2006 Nelli Stroutinskaya was appointed as the Minister of Education and Higher School of the Republic of Komi by the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
On 4 August 2008 she was reappointed as the Minister of Education of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
On 9 February 2010 Nelli Stroutinskaya was appointed as the Minister of Education and Higher School of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
She is the Deputy Chairperson of the Education and Science Committee, North-West Association
Nelli Strutinskaya is honoured worker of the Republic of Komi and public education high achiever.
She is married, with two children.
