ALEXANDER PLYONKIN
Alexander Plyonkin was born on 19 June 1949 in Murygino Village, Yuryansky District, Kirov Region.
He has gone into higher education. In 1975 he graduated from Kirov Forestry Engineering Academy in Leningrad with a degree in chemical technology of pulp and paper industry.

On 2 February 2011 Alexander Plyonkin was appointed Director of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
Alexander Plyonkin has been awarded the Certificates of Honour of the Republic of Komi (1999) and the RF State Committee for Construction, Architectural and Housing Policy (2002). He is Honoured Worker of the Republic of Komi and Honourary and Honoured Worker of the RF Housing and Public Utilities.
