VLADIMIR ROMANOVICH
Vladimir Romanovich was born on 5 April 1950 in Ukhta, Komi ASSR.
He has gone into higher education. In 1979 he graduated from the Academy of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in jurisprudence.
In 1987 Vladimir Romanovich graduated from the Order of the Red Banner of Labour Academy of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs with a degree in jurisprudence (law order management).
1967: Self-Propelled Vehicles Driver, Traffic Department, Syktyvkar JSC;
1968-1970: military service;
Since 1970: service in internal affairs agencies;
Since 2003: Director of the Archival Agency of the Republic of Komi.
On 2 February 2011 Vladimir Romanovich was appointed Director of the Archival Agency of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
Vladimir Romanovich has been awarded the Order of Merit medals I, II, III, the Zhukov Medal, the Medal for Merit in Taking All-Russia Population Census and the Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Komi.
He is Honoured Transport Worker of the Russian Federation, Honoured Worker of the Republic of Komi, Honoured Worker of the RF Internal Affairs Agencies.
