Companies implementing corporate competitiveness programs would apply for a state support
This issue was discussed at the All-Russian Video Selector Meeting held by Dmitry Kozak, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation on March 5. The meeting was attended by Sergey Gaplikov, Head of the Republic of Komi.
On February 23, 2019, the Government of the Russian Federation adopted Resolution No. 191 “On State Support of Organizations Implementing Corporate Competitiveness Programs”.
The document defines creation and approval of a single list of companies implementing corporate competitiveness programs and representing manufacturers of federal and regional significance. These companies will have access for export projects funding, including insurance of appropriate export credits, and use a wide range of banking instruments.
The list of regional manufacturers requiring subsequent support will be composed in the Republic of Komi. Now the regional Ministry of Industry is preparing a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Komi.
Support will be provided to companies operating in given industries, including the timber industry complex and light industry of the Republic of Komi.
The Ministry of Investments, Industry and Transport of the Republic of Komi will be determined an authorized executive body to compose a regional list of companies implementing corporate competitiveness programs.
