According to Article 89 of the Constitution of the Republic of Komi, on 15 January 2010 the Government of the Republic of Komi abdicated its responsibility before the Head of the Republic of Komi authorized for a new period.
The Order was signed by the Head of the Republic of Komi Vladimir Torlopov on January 14, 2010.
