Konstantin Romadanov, Deputy Head of the Republic of Komi, coordinates work of the executive agencies of the Republic of Komi, controls their activities, and authorizes them to deal with the following issues:
1) Housing policy;
2) Implementation of the National Priority Project "Affordable and Comfortable Housing for Russian Citizens";
3) Urban development and republican construction in the Republic of Komi;
4) Communal services;
5) Regional planning in the Republic of Komi; siting of republican capital construction objects; town planning; state construction supervision in accordance with the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
6) Realization of the unified state road policy in the Republic of Komi;
7) Realization of the unified state transport, rural and industrial development policies in the Republic of Komi;
8) Coordination of the current activities on issues related to the state energy, energy and resource saving policies;
9) Conservation, restoration and utilization of natural resources and subsoil management;
10) Environmental protection and safety;
11) Forestry affairs;
12) Water affairs;
13) State environmental appraisal;
14) Civil defense; population and territory protection in emergency situations in the Republic of Komi;
15) Prevention and mitigation of inter-municipal and regional emergency situations, natural disasters and epidemics;
16) Prevention and mitigation of life-support systems failure;
17) Road safety control within the competence of regional executive agencies of the Russian Federation;
18) Exercising control in the field of the state supervision of mobile and other machinery operating conditions in the Republic of Komi within the competence of regional executive agencies of the Russian Federation;
19) Mobilization and mobilization training; military induction and military service training;
20) State regulation of power and heat tariffs.

According to the Division of Responsibilities between the Senior Deputy Head of the Republic of Komi and deputy heads of the Republic of Komi approved by Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi No. 85-p as of February 17, 2011, the following issue consideration procedure exists:
Issues under the jurisdiction of the Deputy Head of the Republic of Komi Konstantin Romadanov will be considered by the Senior Deputy Head of the Republic of Komi Alexey Chernov. In the absence of Alexey Chernov, the Deputy Head of the Republic of Komi and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Komi Vladimir Tukmakov will accept the responsibility.
