Konstantin Romadanov was born on 7 November 1970 in v. Chernyshevsk, Mirninsky District, Yakutsk ASSR.
He has gone into higher education. In 1992 he graduated from Admiral Makarov Marine Academy with a degree in engineering oceanology.
In 1993 Konstantin Romadanov graduated from the International Banking Institute with a degree in international bank operations.
In 1995 he graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in international economic relations and international banking.

2002: Student of the refresher course, Academy of National Economy under the RF Government.

On 7 December 2004 Konstantin Romadanov was appointed as the Head of the Rates Service of the Republic of Komi by the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
On 27 February, 2009 he was appointed on the position of deputy head of the Republic of Komi by the decree passed by the head of the Republic of Komi.
On 9 February 2010 he was appointed as Deputy Head of the Republic of Komi by order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
He is married, with 3 children.
