ALEKSANDR BUROV
Aleksandr Burov was born on 20 July 1954 in Dzershinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region.
He has gone into higher education. In 1977 he graduated from Institute of Water Transport Engineers in Gorky with a degree in ship machinery and mechanisms.
In 1990 he finished Leningrad Higher Party School with a degree in party and soviet development.
1977: engineer, Pechora Shipping Board.
1979: second secretary, and later, first secretary, Pechora YCL City Committee.
1984: instructor, Organizational Division, and later, chief of Organizational Division of Pechora Communist Party City Committee.
1988: Deputy General Director, Lugovoye Industrial Amalgamation.
1989: Party Committee Secretary, Lugovoye Industrial Amalgamation, and later, Secretary of Communist Party Committee at Pechora State Farm, Pechora Communist Party City Committee.
1990: Secretary, Komi Republican Committee of the Communist Party of RFSR.
1991: Commercial Director, JSC Pechorland.
1993: Commercial Director, Small Business “Miyan Udzh”.
1994: Bank Director/Director of International Cooperation and Monetary Operations Department, Stock Commercial Bank “KomiBank”; Chairman of the Board of Directors, Stock Commercial Bank “KomiBank”.
April 1997: Representative, JSC Menatep Bank, Syktyvkar Branch.
October 1997: Deputy Chairman/Director of Syktyvkar Branch, JSC Komi Regional Bank “UkhtaBank”.
1998: Deputy Chairman, Komi Bank of RF Savings Bank; Deputy Director, Komi Division #8617, RF Savings Bank, Komi Bank of RF Savings Bank.
2010: Deputy Head of the Republic of Komi.
On 17 February 2011 Aleksandr Burov was appointed as Deputy Head of the Republic of Komi by order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
He was awarded with Certificate of Merit of the State Council of the Republic of Komi (2001) and Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Komi (2004)
