IVAN STUKALOV
Ivan Stukalov was born on 19 January 1953 in v. Tyoploe, Dankovsky District, Lipetsk Region. He is Russian by nation.
He has gone into higher education. In 1975 he graduated from Communar Mining and Smelting Institute with a degree in civil engineering.
In 1991 Ivan Stukalov graduated from Leningrad Institute of Political Science with a degree in political science.
He has a Ph. D in Economics.

1991: Head of Department, Komi ASSR State Economy Committee;
1994: Head of Department, Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Komi;
1995: Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Komi;
1999: Senior Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Komi;
2002: Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Komi.
On 10 February 2011 Ivan Stukalov was appointed Acting Permanent Representative of the Head of the Republic of Komi and the Government of the Republic of Komi in the State Council of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
On 30 March 2011 Ivan Stukalov was appointed Representative of the Head of the Republic of Komi and the Government of the Republic of Komi in the State Council of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
On 2 May 2012 Ivan Stukalov was appointed Permanent Representative of the Republic of Komi under the President of the Russian Federation by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
He is Honoured Worker of the Republic of Komi and Honoured Economist of the Russian Federation.
Ivan Stukalov has been awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Komi.
