Responsibilities of Liliya Oparina, Chief of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and the Government of the Republic of Komi and Member of the Government of the Republic of Komi
Liliya Oparina, Chief of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and the Government of the Republic of Komi and Member of the Government of the Republic of Komi, coordinates work of the ministries and other executive agencies of the Republic of Komi and the state agencies of the Republic of Komi established by the Head of the Republic of Komi or by the Government of the Republic of Komi (hereinafter referred to as state agencies of the Republic of Komi); controls their activities; and authorizes them to deal with the following issues:
1) Realization of the right by the Head of the Republic of Komi and the Government of the Republic of Komi to initiate bills to the State Council of the Republic of Komi; state personnel policy; civil service powers in the Republic of Komi.
2) Interaction on litigations in case of:
а) participation of the state agencies of the Republic of Komi;
б) participation of the state institutions or state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Komi which can involve the republican budget costs or attract public attention (significant socio-economic importance).
3) Cooperation with:
- Federal executive agencies on international and foreign economic relations of the Republic of Komi.
- Regions of the Russian Federation on development of the interregional cooperation.
4) Cooperation with the local authorities.
5) Protection of state secrets; technical protection of information at the executive agencies of the Republic of Komi.
6) Implementation of the administrative reform.
7) The Bar and the Notary Office.
8) Interactions with judicial agencies and the Prosecutor’s Office.
