LILIYA OPARINA
Liliya Oparina comes from the military serviceman’s family. She was born in the City of Lida, Belorussian SSR.
In 1983 she graduated from Syktyvkar State University.
In 1994 she graduated from Moscow State Law Academy.
Liliya Oparina is a candidate of law sciences, Associate Professor.
Since 1983: work in NGOs, Republic of Komi;
Since 1991: work in legal departments, executive agencies of the Republic of Komi;
Since 1994: work in the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi;
Since 2004: Deputy Chief of the Administration of the Republic of Komi and Chief of the State-Legal Department of the Head of the Republic of Komi and the Government of the Republic of Komi.
Since 2008: Chief of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and the Government of the Republic of Komi.
On 2 February 2011 Liliya Oparina was appointed Chief of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Komi and the Government of the Republic of Komi by the Order of the Head of the Republic of Komi.
She has authored a number of research papers and publications, including “Elections in the Republic of Komi 2003-2004”, “Elections 2005”, “Elections in the Republic of Komi 2007 – 2008” (as a co-author).
Liliya Oparina is Honoured Worker of the Republic of Komi. She has also been awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Komi.
